Exciting complete reform is currently in progress in the charming area of Portixol. This project involves a thoughtful remodelling of the façade, with a design that remains true to the essence of Mallorca while incorporating a modern twist that enhances its appeal. The plans include designing and constructing a beautiful pool area, which will be thoughtfully embedded in a lush tree and plant haven, ensuring maximum privacy for residents. Additionally, there will be improvements made to the lines of the house to achieve a cleaner and more cohesive layout. Structural modifications will be undertaken to remove and alter certain areas, allowing for a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces in order to create an open plan living experience. Throughout the project, sustainable materials and furniture of the highest quality will be utilized, reflecting a commitment to both style and environmental responsibility.
