A full architectural and interior transformation in the charming neighbourhood of Portixol. Traditional Mallorcan architecture is combined with contemporary design to create a home that feels authentic, calm, and modern.The façade was designed to stay true to the character of the area, with a modern Scandinavian feel. Local artisans created the Mallorcan shutters and metal railings, combining traditional techniques with a contemporary finish.The new pool area is set within a lush garden of trees and planting, offering privacy and a calm outdoor retreat for dining and relaxation. Inside, selected structural changes open up the living spaces connecting indoors and outdoors. The layout is designed to feel open, light, and effortless. Throughout the project, high-quality, sustainable materials and custom furnishings were used to ensure a timeless, refined finish.Upstairs, the space is surrounded by olive trees and lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape. Organic textures, gentle lighting, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings create a relaxed elegance, while the beach stretches out beautifully below.
